HERB - HERB: Pennsic

 I had thought about a green spring but you have to realize currently down
here nothing much is green (except the lawns of people who don't want to
save water).  So something green and ALIVE is really respected.   (G)

I thought the ribbon might be easier to take along, personally, I think
Rosemary is a great plant and smells good.  Keeps the plague away.
