HERB - What classes would you like to see?

Hm... I've only tried to teach one class so far on herbs, and it was way
too crowded and general. (I only thought about teaching it because I
attended a class on herbs that was ALL modern!) Right now, I'm
concentrating on medieval 'aromatherapy', that is, the use of smells and
scents based on herbs, flowers and spices.

However, for that class, and as a cheat sheet for the demo presentation I
do sometimes, I put together a handout/booklet. It's on the web at:
