Yes, to get out the excess water. So feasibly, you could do without
it, right? If you wanted to slave over it? I'd hate to labour under
a mistaken medieval myth (TM). Salt=expensive, right? So using
as much salt "as you think is enough" could be just about anything
to me right now. Suggestions? Cause I get salt cheap and enough
to me could be quite a bit more than necessary. :)
