HERB - eek...worms (longish)

Okay everyone...I really need help.  The grape leaf skeletonizers have
attacked the vines.  Okay, I admit it.  I use chemicals on the little
*%#^@&*$#.  However, I discovered them when I was harvesting today. One
got on my clothes and then on my skin.  They apparently cause contact
dermatitis.  I washed well with soap and water but am developing a
blister and have a good bit of discomfort. Anyone have any ideas?
