	Sure! A lot of bird seed mixes are heavy on millet--one of my 
favorite grains--and sunflower seeds, which we all know about. Main problem 
would be the hulls on the sunflower seeds, were you to cook it into a 
porridge. I even recall reading a story as a child where the kids were stuck 
overnight in a shelter with bird seed as the only food source, so they did 
indeed cook it up as a cereal. Of course, the author didn't bother to mention 
the problem of the hulls......... ;-)
