My best source, albeit a non-consistent one, is the local grain
elevator. I don't know what they'd call it in your neck of the
woods. Perhaps a "feed store"? A place where you'd typically
get food for farm animals, often combined with hardware and
other implments of destruction.

FWIW, I've never found a decent price online that's rivaled
the prices you can get them in bulk. I'm certain I've not been
looking in the right places. :)
