Eliabet,

I agree with Morna's suggestions.  I know from past experience that in 
extremely hot climates, parsley and mints do very well in partial shade, and 
although I haven't tried the others in much shade, they do hold up well to 
extreme heat in the summer, with enough water.  Some of them are picky about 
drainage, but you've got a well drained spot.
