    Yep, even as far north as I am in Chattanooga, I can pick parsley and 
sage much of the winter, and rosemary if the bush is healthy and large. I 
have done the same with fennel before, too, and Rocket hangs around a good 
while. Speaking of that--there's a strain of Rocket that has fine, segmented 
leaves, that not only takes the heat of our Meridian summers, but has turned 
into a perennial in my garden! Even looks reasonably good now, after all the 
drought. I got the seed from Pinetree, I believe, but I think other places 
are starting to carry it. I've forgotten the name, but it is sometimes 
refereed to as a "wild" variety.......
