Christina,
You were looking for a belly butter; here are some from the Toiletries
Library:
Belly Balm
1/4 cup cocoa butter
1 T wheat germ oil (or I sometimes use shea butter)
3 T apricot kernel oil (or any other rich oil - avocado, almond)
1 T grated beeswax (about 10 grams)
Melt all together gently in double boiler. Stir every now and then as it
cools. You could add some lavender oil if you wanted - 12 drops for every
2 T of base oil. I make this for some midwives at the hospital where my
sister works. They tell me if nothing else, it does ease the itching.

This one is a massage oil, but it is supposed to help with stretch marks.
Stretch Mark Massage Oil
1 oz cocoa butter, melted
1/2 oz flaxseed oil
1/4 oz rose hip seed oil
1/4 oz wheat germ oil
10 drops lavender oil
8 drops neroli oil
4 drops vetiver oil
Blend the melted cocoa butter, flaxseed oil rose hip seed oil and wheat
germ oil. Transfer the mixture to a clean jar. As it begins to cool ad
solidify, add the essential oils. Allow the mixture to cool to a
comfortable temperature before using it. Massage the oil into your skin
once or twice daily.
