HERB - Silverfish Problem

Help!

I just moved, and apparently there were a few silverfish living in the
apartment before us.  I've only seen full-grown adults so far, but I
don't want to wait around till the nymphs start hatching.  And the stores
aren't helpful - years ago you could get silverfish traps that you
dropped and forgot about; now they want to sell you sprays, sprays, and
more aerosols.  Not good for an asthmatic, much less anyone else's lungs!
 Is there anything herbal that can help??
