HERB - Freeze-distillation

I've heard that yeast has B vitamins.  I know that taking B complex and 
asprin with a large amount of water also is a hangover prevention the before 
one retires for the evening.  So perhaps the yeast provides B vitamins.  I 
don't know the medical/hebalist reason why this works, but it does.
