[Herbalist] Rose Problems

Can't recall off the top of my head where I found the documentation for rose
cordial. A note of interest however: Six years ago I made a large batch of
rose cordial. It has a wonderful flavor except for one thing, the alcohol
taste is very strong even now. I have cut it about twice a year and it
seems to generate more alcohol every time.

I will see if I can locate that documentation for you if you'd like. May
take a little time because my plate is very full right now, but I'll check.
