[Herbalist] OT..OP..fractured ankle, help?

Well, just a little more advice from what I know, I don't do long term care
so I am not familar with the xray you are refering to, so I can't say, but I
would continue to stay off your bad leg as much as possible and try to keep
your weight off of it when you walk for now, weight bearing is not going to
help a fracture of that sort because your ligament is going to pull at the
fracture everytime you step. Continue to keep it elevated as much as
possible. In my experience if it aint broke don't try to fix it, so if it
isn't swelling or hurting when the time comes to do that xray well make a
logical decision and be honest with the doctor, again see an orthopedic
doctor, a gp is not a bone specialist.
