IT Customer Service Analyst
Sava Senior Care, a leader in the long-term care industry, is seeking an IT Customer Service
Analyst to work in the Houston Shared Services Office.
 
Job Summary:
Receives and resolves inquiries and requests for information from Sava Senior Care employees
regarding the use of all technology, including Hardware, Cabling, Software, and Telephone.  This
includes answering technology-related questions around all company software applications including
Webcare, PeopleSoft, and other enterprise-wide applications.  Supports the deployment and use of
web-based training applications (WBT) for facility and OSC employees.  Supports OSC and facility
business processes associated with the use of computer applications.

Knowledge and Skills:
Must have very strong telephone and verbal communications skills.  Proficient use of computers and
computer-based applications.  In depth knowledge of all Windows-based operating systems.  Must
have strong ability to train others in the use of computer-based applications and execution of
business processes. Experience in the medical or long-term care field highly desirable.
