Okay guys Bice's computer is like a lot of people that are older. You may not know that it is listening (or can even hear you) until it is to late. The will has already been changed. As for the Ben gay keep that for yourself,Bice. Mechanical things require manual agitation with a hand held manual impact device. Afterwards you just sweep it up and get a new one. Rather expensive but oh so satisfying. Anna
