Raimond's reply:  The question Lady Eleanor ask is a question everyone
asks
when change like this occurs.  The question "What ideas do you have to
enrich
our barony?  How do you plan to improve upon what glorious things we
have
already achieved?"  Mistress Stella and I have a lot of interests
between the
two of us.  She is a very active fighter, a great source of information
about
a variety of Arts and Sciences, and a very trusted sounding board for
all the
Barons and Baronesses of Elfsea to date.  I am a very active Marshal in
both
Heavy and Rapier communities, while I am not the greatest person to ask
about
how to do a lot of Arts and Sciences, I know who is and encourage and
direct
people to that knowledge.  I have also been a friend to all of the
Barons and
Baronesses of Elfsea and not afraid to offer my opinions. And, I have
always
welcomed new members and encouraged people to follow thier "dream". by
attending Demos and using other recruiting tools such as Fighter
Practice.
To "improve" upon what has been will be difficult for anyone of the
candidates
put before you.
Through communication and open minds, I believe that I and Mistress
Stella can
help this Barony continue to grow and be a Shining Star of Ansteorra.
And as
she said, I will continue this weather I am Baron or not.
