[Loch-Ruadh] Route to Lughnasadh

For those of you that were planning on taking a route other than I-20 east 
from Fort Worth to the east side of town, I recommend you take it anyways.  
Over here in Mesquite where US80 heads east from I-635 they are directing 
through traffic down to I-20 east because of road construction on US80 
heading towards Forney/Terrell.
