[Loch-soilleir] Question of badges/devices

Hey, guys.
 
Yesterday at the populace meeting there was a question about which badges are registered to the loch.  Since I was on-line researching in preparation for (attempting to) register my own device, I took a minute to search for the Loch's stuff.
