Very well said.

To the general list,

I would like to also add a reminder that Modius mentioned at the Aug  
populace he was going to try to get a White Scarf Circle for the  
event. That alone will bring in more people.

My other ponderance is this is normally a small event 50 to 75 people.
Very rarley have I ever seen people north of GE come down for this  
event when it is held in the southern area. (Lake Houston site brings  
in Raven's Forters.

I Honestly think the conflict on the Calendar will only change a very  
very small percent of people from coming.

May I suggest pulling out the gate sheets for the last two TBTL and  
look at how many came further then Raven's Fort.

I for one will be sad if we have to cancel for attendance or monetary  
reasons. However I want what is best for the Barony.
