Please note that due to conflicts with the original schedule (being a
herald, I should have conflict checked first but then I AM still mostly
human) heraldic consultation night is here by moved to the SECOND WEDNESDAY
NIGHT of each month.  It will still commence at 7:00 (1900 hours)...please
