Ok this is probably going to sound weird.  On the Ansteorra site it says:
Torre de los Brazos
Under the protection of
The Barony of Loch Soilleir

Does that mean that the shire lost their status as a shire and is now a
canton of the Loch?

Someone on the Ansteorra Newcomer's list is asking about it and they wanted
to contact whoever was in that area.  If someone can give me a clue here
(since I'm kind of ... well ... braindead recently) I'll pass the info on to
the person asking.
