[Namron] suggestion for meetings

A simple suggestion being offered.

The separate officers' meeting could be eliminated, if all officers reports were done at pop meeting, thereby also eliminating the officers needing to repeat themselves as often.  Comments by non-officers during reports could be requested to be limited to questions for clarification on something in the report.  Anyone disrupting the reports could be warned and/or asked to remove themselves from the room.  Anyone not interested in hearing the reports could plan on getting to the meeting 15-30 minutes after the start, or staying in another part of the building visiting during the reports.  After the reports, any further business that anyone feels needs to be brought up for discussion could be done, followed, depending on the time, by a visiting or class time.

This would also free up one night a month for the officers and Baron/Baroness.
