[Namron] Fighter Practice 7-19-17

Neither I nor my deputy can be at practice tomorrow, so Namron's chivalric
fighter practice is cancelled.  Fortunately, Wisenfeuer is still holding
their practice at the same time and place tomorrow, so y'all should come
out for that.
