[Namron] Namron Financial Policy Addenda

Greetings!

We received updates on state sales tax requirements for merchants and
taverns at the January Round Table. To ensure that we apply consistent
policy, the Barony of Namron Financial Committee wrote addenda to the
Financial Policy that covers events held both in Oklahoma and Texas.

The committee voted unanimously on the policy additions. The additions have
been reviewed and approved by the Kingdom Exchequer, and filed with our
existing Financial Policy. Voting history and discussion points will be
included in the Finance Committee Meeting minutes later this month.

A copy of the addenda is attached.
