[Namron] Archery Marshal Selection Delay

[Seneschal of Namron]

To the Populace of Namron,

When collecting applications for the office of the Archery Marshal, I was
unaware that we no longer had a regional officer, and instructed applicants
to send their applications to an unused email address. Thank you to Lady
Órlaith (Lori Smith) for providing me with the correct information.

Applications are now appropriately with the Deputy Kingdom Missile Marshal-
Target Archery and under review. I hope to have the decision to share later
today or tomorrow.

I apologize, especially to the applicants, for my error and the resulting
delay in selection.
