[Namron] February Business Meeting

[Seneschal of Namron]

Greetings!

The February Business Meeting for the Barony of Namron is scheduled for
Thursday, 20 February 2020, 7:30 p.m., and will be held at the Norman
Public Schools Administration Building, 131 S. Flood Ave., Norman, OK 73069.

We are updating the structure of the Business Meeting. Officers will not
need to prepare a report, but should bring any business that needs to be
discussed. We will also be conducting training for officers at most of the
upcoming Business Meetings. If there is a specific topic you would like
covered, please submit it by email to: seneschal at namron.ansteorra.org.

The February class will provide an overview of the Google applications that
are provided for officer use, optimizing Gmail, and important security
settings and practices to protect your personal information. Primary
Officers should bring a laptop or tablet, if possible. We will have desks
and electrical outlets available for your use.

This meeting is open to the Populace.

NOTE: The Financial Committee is meeting in the same room prior to the
Business Meeting. Please do disturb committee members. We will provide time
at the end of this meeting for Populace members who have financial business
to conduct with the Treasurer.
