[Namron] Office of the Treasurer Change

[Seneschal of Namron]

Please join me in welcoming Lord Oddr Marsson (Fred Bramhall) as our acting
Treasurer. He is the current Emergency Replacement Deputy and will hold
this position until we open the application period and a new Treasurer is
selected. Some new term of office policies were announced at Round Table
and will be written into our Financial Policy before implementation.

Thank you to Boiarynia Koia Karasova (Kelly Renee McKinnon) for her service
to our barony.
