[Namron] September Populace Meeting - Revised Time and Location

It is almost time for September's populace meeting!
Please note the change in time and location - we will be meeting outdoors
at 6:30 pm on Thursday September 2nd at Andrew's park (the park just south
of the library where we met the last couple of months). Remember to wear
your mask and bring a chair.
If you ordered a t-shirt or were part of the Vindheim trim group shipping
we will have it for you to pick up. (If you aren't able to attend populace
meeting, please contact Micolay or Uliana for shirts and Kyna for trim to
work out another pick up time.)
We look forward to seeing you this coming Thursday!

DATE: SEPTEMBER 2, 2021
TIME: 6:30 PM
PLACE: Andrews Park, (201 W Daws St Norman, OK 73071).
We will plan to meet under the permanent pavilion on the west side of the
park, but if it is occupied we will find another place in the park to meet.
Be sure to wear your mask and bring a chair.
Come attend and find out what is happening with the barony, region, and
kingdom in the month of September.

A few things to remember...
*All participants over the age of 2 MUST be fully masked at all times. This
is now required at both indoor and outdoor activities.
*We will have a sign in sheet for ALL participants that will include legal
name and a form of contact information.
*Although the SCA complies with all applicable laws to try to ensure the
health and safety of our event participants, we cannot eliminate the risk
of exposure to infectious diseases during in-person events. By
participating in the in-person events of the SCA, you acknowledge and
accept the potential risks. You agree to take any additional steps to
protect your own health and safety and those under your control as you
believe to be necessary.

We will post the meetings minutes after, so if you do not feel comfortable
coming to the meeting you can still have access to the information shared.
