I agree. To succeed NR Warlord really needs a committment from *somebody*
that it doesn't seem to have. ( Note to whomever: If it is really important
to you, I apologize! Please let us know about it! ) Let's axe it.

I can see how we could make it a good event, but I know that the Shire has
about a dozen other things we'd rather do first. We usually can't find time
on the schedule to host a second event for ourselves.

I'll accept that we don't want to chose the Warlord(s) at Tribute. Perhaps
the Warlord tourney could be conducted in conjunction with a regularly
scheduled event, going to a different group each year. Perhaps one of the
smaller groups could add it to the schedule of their regular event, and gain
a better draw.

If we want a Warlord ( and WE DO ), and we want it chosen by tourney, not
default ( and I do ); let us think of a solution.
