NR - Principality meeting at Rundel's Margrave

Greetings to the list.

I have spoken with the stewards of Rundel's Margrave.  They have graciously 
allowed time for a discussion on the principality matter.  The event's date 
is wrong on the Blackstar.  The correct date is the FIRST weekend in 
November.  If you are interested in discussing the principality matter, this 
will be a great opportunity.
