Greetings all,
The efforts of Baron Cassius and all those involved are most commendable it has been very enjoyable to read all the conversations about the possible names for this land, both good and bad. The name, whatever it will be, is just a name. We all have our favorite names, our not so favorites, and those that can be tolerated...but what matters is what is happening right now all around us. This is a momentous thing that is happening. People are coming together to affect a change, to take a name for themselves and make it their own. Talk and discussion about this subject has spread across the whole of the region at every major event, in the Cantons, Shires, Province, and Baronies. People in this region are communicating and coming together more and more and bonding. Very personal thoughts and opinions are shared through civil words and not only listening to each other but understanding each other has become commonplace. Everywhere the people of this region are working together to find the higher ground...This is a good thing, a great thing, and could one day possibly be greater still.

I am proud of all the people of this region and cannot wait to see where we go from here.

Most kindly
Ian
