I wanted to, really, but my desire to try out the delights of the Eidelvise
resturant in Bellvue NE won out.  Sigh; bier, spaetzle, wurst.  Angus and I
both heartily recomend the "Tour of Germany" sled O' stuff platter.  The
only thing the menu was missing was the delicious pickled fish sandwich that
I used to eat back in Stuttgart, ala Nord See.
