greetings to everyone of list ,
i have recieved many questions as to the chemin noir feast , no few of which have been " well i dont like curry" heres a secret niether do i, i think its the cumin. i do love indian food of which , only 5 % that i know of is curry. and yes i mean india food, being i am native american that was brought up as well.
here is a brief menu and some small description of the dishes , if anyone has questions about what might all be in them , or have allergy concerns please let me know , i hope to see many people come try what i hope will be an out of the norm and hopfully enjoyable feast.
we plan on bringing all the dishes out at once in a traditional style with enough for everyone to try each dish , and then have servers get dishes refilled as some people love curry and some dont, and so on. hopfuly this will be a quik and enjoyable way to enjoy all the dishes and company. thank you for your time. please feel free to forward to any list you see fit
