[Northkeep] OOP: But in need of suggestions

I know it would get tiresome and runs a murcury risk, but tuna is what I
rely on for portable protein; that and peanut butter.  They have always been
my fallbacks.  Kit credits peanut butter sandwiches for seeing her through
tons of adventures as a kid.
