Thank you Master Diarmait ua Dhuinn for you most educated and esteemed
opinions it is truly humbling for his Scotsman to get a glimpse into the
Irish's mastery of whiskey. Still I must reassure those enduring this
endearingly educational exchange that a maritime flavor does not resonate
of fish to "everyone" who tastes it. For some with the pallet for it a
maritime flavor invokes fresh ocean breezes and a hint of briny seaweed and
nothing so crude as a cod, haddock, or herring.
