TENT - Need help hanging my walls

I have several of these painters cloths, and my friend Robert the Tall has
made his tent out of several grommeted and "sewed" together (not period, but
the Inneshall makes a great place to cook and get out of the rain, which was
what he wanted).

Question: how do you pre-shrink these things? Do you take them to the
local Laundromat you like the least?
