PE - Pavalino updates

Greetings from Master Terafan,

	Several people asked for specific details on some of the
construction of my pavalino.

I have posted some additional information and better pictures that show
details of the toggle style closure loops, and the stake loops.

More information will follow in the next couple of weeks.   I am planning a
trip to Bern, Switzerland to see the "original" hub-and-spoke tent (if I can
find the right museum) on 8 April.  

I will also post better pictures of the "lamp-ring" that sits on top of the
hub.  (it is in that hard to see first picture...)
