What won ?  I must have been outside when the result was determined.  Your cherry cobbler was excellent and the filling a perfect topping for the cheesecake.  It seemed like everyone put a lot of TLC into all the food.  The campfire, guitars, singing and drumming kept good times going till the small hours.  Giovanna and Pace's hospitality was flawless.  They seemed to have foreseen every need.   As I looked out from their front door this morning it was easy to imagine SCA tents scattered under the trees in their giant field near the road.  I guess I don't need to mention that Centerville is half way between Stargate and The Steppes / Elfsea.  Anyway, thanks to everyone that worked to make the gathering a celebration of family.  May we find gateways to forgiveness and understanding in the coming year.  Yuletide salutations to all.

     Deadline for the January Quoth is December 23rd. This will be my last issue. If you have anything to put in, please let me know asap. My computer is still in the shop and I am using a loaner machine. I am not real familiar with the thing, so if you can get your stuff to me sooner rather than later...it would make me happy.

     TheYule Revel was this weekend and if you missed it, then you missed a lot of fun. A big thank you to Pace and Giovanna for having it at their home. The site was beautiful,the weather a little warm but beautiful and the Bardic circle fireside a ton-o-fun. Look for the recipe to the winning dessert at the Yule Revel in the January Quoth!
