I have a question. Is there any concern with keeping them at a certian temp
while heating due to bactieria etc. IE: if slowly heating should they be
above a certian temp as to not cause anything to happen since you are dealing
with eggs and pork sausage, or does the fact that both are already cooked make
it not a concern. What is a nesco??
