Just a note, there are several 'gazpacho' recipes that contain no 
tomatoes, these white gazpachos vary from egg and cucumber to those with 
an addition of grapes.  They are also easy to make.  If someone else has 
suggested this I am sorry for the repeat, if not I can giv eyou the sources.
