SC - chicken on string (and beef)

Hi,
I usually use a combination of fresh rosemary, oregano, thyme, parsley
and basil. I use dried if fresh are unavailable.
It changes everytime I make it!  Others you can use: marjoram, sage,
basil, tarragon, chive.
