Actually caffeine products are considered a nasty gray area.  Some 
people are real zealots about it.  Others leave it to your own

No, it wouldn't be 'kosher'.  Like I said, it's a funny area.  We 
don't drink ice tea either.

My understanding is that jasmine tea is a non-caffeinated herbal tea, 
so it would be alright.  Most of us drink things like that.
