There was also a cake at one point called "IGGLE" that true to period form in
the kitchen was made to look like something in reality.  

As I recall, it's been about 10 or 11 years since I made it for a dessert
revel award, it was made with a heavy cake dough and laden with almond slivers
(to represent the quills) and currants for eyes and nose.  It's a pain to put
each and every quill into the back and make sure they're all facing or lying
in the same direction.......you certainly wouldn't want a mad Iggle on your
serving plate!
