SC - Introduction

Good Gentles All,

I am woefully behind in my reading, so I can only hope that this topic has
not been covered in recent weeks...

I just bought a small amount of gum tragacanth (Gum Dragon) for making
sugar paste. When I got home, I noticed that the container says "Keep out
of reach of children". Surely this isn't toxic, so why the warning?
