SC - corn flour? - oop

IMHO, I would think that corn flour has more of a powder consistancy like
regular flour.  You could take the corn meal and make flour with a mortar &
pedistal if you feel energetic.  Or you could throw it into a food
processor or blender and make it a finer texture.
