The title sounds good: 'Short handbook of dishes/culinary preparations'.

Are you sure that the work is written in Polish and not rather in Latin?

I know nothing about this source, but a search in the "Karlsruher
Verbundkatalog" (via a link from http://www.uni-tuebingen.de/ub) says
that a copy of the book is in the "Saechsische Landesbibliothek, Staats-
und Universitaetsbibliothek" in Dresden.
