Alex, please. This is the SCA Cook's List, not a spelling class or Senantics
101. We are doing the best we can with limited fonts and specialist's
jargon, to explain things to each other as clearly as possible. I'd like to
be able to use the French accents, I'm sure Adamantius would like to use the
wonky O from Ostgardr, and I'm sure we'd all like to be able to underline,
but it just isn't possible for most of us.

Lady Huette was doing the best she could to show us how it should be
properly spelled, just as when I post something from Curye, I use (th) for
the thorn symbol.

Please give it a rest- we're here to cook.
