Hi guy's I tried that Pot roast recipe with the Dr. Pepper and Hot Sauce.  Tur
ned out a lot better than I thought:-} But I forgot the name.  Help anyone?  A
lso I noticed that the outside of the meat was much more seasoned than the 
inside.  Now is that intentional or should I make a few cuts so the juices 
can penetrate.  Thanks -- Jim
