This book is a compilation of many articles previously printed.  Look at the
Publisher's note in the front of the book.  It lists many of the articles
used to publish this book.  I do not know if he published these articles as a
whole or only the parts pertaining to a specific area of Arabic cooking.
Many of them were published by Prospect so you may be able to get copies from
their website.
