[Sca-cooks] OOP--Pickles and Potatoes

Okay, so they are cream, ivory skinned? I'm from
Arizona, and I don't recall ever seeing a potato...other
than a sweet potato and a red...that weren't brown or
cream colored. Is there anything else different about
their appearance?
